We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful and our suite was spacious and comfortable for our family with two kids. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions for the kids. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large spa and a kid-friendly swimming pool. We also loved the convenience of having a ski gear locker with boot dryers and the option to order lift tickets through the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff is very helpful, with employees Magdalena and Peter standing out for their kindness and politeness. The food is excellent, and the spa is amazing. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the restaurant staff is great. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, with many attractions for kids.

Our Christmas vacation at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the ski slopes and the ski school. We loved the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby after a long day of skiing. The Christmas Eve dinner had a great variety of dishes and desserts, and the live music added to the festive atmosphere.
The room was a bit disappointing as it was not well-insulated, and we could hear noise from the adjoining rooms. The pillows were not comfortable, and we had trouble sleeping.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it was right by the slopes. It was so convenient to just step out of the hotel and start skiing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping service was excellent, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any special dietary needs. The spa and wellness center was a dream! I enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and swimming in the indoor pool. The staff there were so friendly and provided top-notch services.
This hotel is perfect for families. They have a wide range of facilities and activities for kids, including a children's pool, play areas, and even free evening childcare.

This hotel is ideal for those looking to hit the slopes. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the ski lift, making it easy to get up and out early. the spacious family rooms are well furnished and the bathrooms are comfortable. the hotel offers delicious food with an extra buffet for children which is perfect for families. the hotel's warm swimming pool and exceptional spa are great amenities to relax in after a long day on the slopes.
Some of the standard rooms may be small with old furniture, but this shouldn't be much of an issue if you're spending most of your time on the slopes or taking advantage of the great facilities.

Great location for skiing with quick access to lifts and ski school. the food offered was a highlight with a variety of options offered at both breakfast and dinner, and the staff offered excellent service.
